persistent mold absent staff
I wasn't thrilled with a couple of things. The shower had some persistent mold. it was quite noticeable. also, finding someone at reception during certain hours seemed like a quest. nobody around, just a bell sitting there on the counter. i had to wait a bit to check out.

the owners are very friendly. they are always smiling. the location is perfect for families because it's near many activities. we could park at the hotel for a small daily fee.
the room we had needs a revamp. it felt dated. the shower was temperamental and it did not have enough power. the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, so it wasn't safe to walk barefoot.
